Kathleen "Kathy" Stewart Stoner, 59, of Basehor, Kan., passed away Thursday, Aug. 1, 2019.
She was born Jan. 15, 1960, in Jacksonville, Ill.
She grew up in Houston before moving to the Kansas City area in 1978. She had worked at Consolidated Container Co. in Lenexa for 41 years.
She had attended Life Bridge United Methodist Church. She was a lover of all animals, especially her ducks and dogs.
She was preceded in death by her father, Carl Stewart, Sr.; her mother Verneta Hale Williamson; and her stepfather, Pete Williamson. She also loved the ocean and beach.
Survivors include two children, Travis Stoner and Brooke Turner; a grandson; five siblings, Sandra Matthews, Carl Stewart Jr., Kerry Hartman, Craig Stewart and Lori Lalumia; and several nieces and nephews.
Services were Monday, Aug. 5, at Porter Funeral Home, Lenexa, Kan.
