St. Joseph residents Ricky Johnson and his wife are planning a trip to Las Vegas to see some friends, but he’s been worried his Missouri driver’s license would not get him on an airplane. That’s because Missouri is still not in compliance with a set of federal mandates under the Real ID Act and the state’s current extension runs out on Oct. 10.
