A Licking woman was air lifted to a Springfield hospital after suffering a medical issue while driving Friday morning in Pulaski County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said Judy Sisk, 56, was flown to Mercy Hospital with minor injuries following the 10 a.m. Interstate 44 accident near St. Robert. She was wearing a seat belt.
The patrol said Sisk was traveling westbound when she suffered the medical issue. The 2018 Chevrolet Equinox she was driving traveled off the left side of the roadway and struck the cable barrier before coming to a rest.
The vehicle had moderate damage.
