Addisyn Stickel
Addisyn Kay Stickel, 5 months and 11 days, died Monday, June 15, 2009, at St. Louis Children's Hospital.
She was born 15 weeks premature Jan. 4, 2009, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, daughter of Adam Stickel and Christina Maddox.
She loved to eat and listen to her granny sing. She was taken care of in the NICU at St. Louis Children's Hospital by many nurses and doctors, especially Dr. Lawrence and R.N. Tracey Carter.
She was preceded in death by her great uncle, Steven Reichart.
Survirors include her parents; an identical twin sister, Maddyn Lynn Stickel of the home; a half sister, Jay'Merie Elizabeth Howard; a maternal grandmother, Chris Maddox of Houston; a maternal grandfather, Robert Maddox of Valley Falls, Kan.; paternal grandparents, Richard Jr. and Anita Stickel of Vanzant; maternal great grandparents, Lloyd and Brenda Reichart of Valley Falls, Kan.; maternal great grandmother, Naomi Maddox of Valley Falls, Kan.; paternal great grandfather, Richard Stickel Sr. of Vanzant; paternal great-grandmother, Margaret Stickel of La Plata, Md.; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services were Saturday, June 20, at Evans Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Howell Burkhead officiating. Burial was in New Hope Cemetery.
