BREAKING: Four Houston Teens Charged With Bucyrus Burglary

A Houston teenager was charged today with four counts related to the recent theft of a pair of vehicles.

Marvin Hayes Jr., 17, faces two counts of tampering and one count each of trespassing and property damage. Another man who confessed to the crimes was transported to prison on a parole violation and will face future charges. A third person was referred to juvenile authorities.

According to the Texas County Sheriff's Department, Hayes and the other men swiped a vehicle from Dale Adey's residence on Adey Road north of Houston. A second vehicle at another location was tampered with and when the men were unable to get it running, they swiped a third vehicle.

The men took the vehicle to the Bear Claw area near Yukon, where it was driven into the water. The truck was flooded with water before it was recovered.
